4Social Work offers a bonus of up to £250 for every Qualified Social Worker you refer to us. Simply inform us with your professional friend’s details (with their permission of course) and if we find them a Qualified Social Work job you will be paid the bonus once they complete 100 hours work.

It’s as simple as that and a winning situation for you and your friend.

We are friendly and approachable, so there is no limit to the amount of friends you can introduce, so refer as many of your professional social work friends as you like!

What do you know?

4Social Work offers a bonus of up to £250 for every Qualified Social Worker role you refer to us. Simply inform us of the role with a working week of 37.5 hours and if we find a suitable replacement for the position you will receive the bonus once they complete 100 hours of work.

We are friendly and approachable so there is no limit to the amount of roles you can introduce us to, so refer as many roles as you like!

Terms and Conditions

• A bonus of £250 is paid to the referrer of a vacancy after a candidate placed by 4Social Work has submitted in excess of 100 hours of client approved time.

• No bonuses will be paid for vacancies that 4Social Work is aware of prior to the point of referral.

• 4Social Work is unable to pay a bonus for referring a vacancy to anyone who has any level of hiring responsibility within the same organisation as the referred vacancy.
