Night Care Domestic Assistant Older Adults (East Anglia)

4Social Work has an exciting Night Care Domestic Assistant position that has become available within the older people services. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to work within a challenging yet rewarding role for our client based in the East Anglia.

The position will be initially for a week, but is likely to be extended due to the urgent requirement.

Job Description:
•    To ensure that the residential home/day centre is clean and tidy.
•    To change the bedding.
•    To sweep the floors and outside of the residential home.
•    To ensure that the service users rooms are kept clean and fresh.
•    To ensure that the main rooms and the visiting rooms are clean and presentable.
•    Be able to deal with D & V.
•    Able to use a range of cleaning equipment including basic electrical equipment & plant.
•    Aware of basic safe working practices.
•    Able to work without constant supervision to fulfill job tasks within deadlines.

This role is starting as a trial but if you perform well and the manager feels you have the correct skills and are sutiable for the service users you may be asked back and included in the weekly rotas.
