We have an immediate vacancy for a Care Coordinator based in Kingston
The Care Coordinator is responsible for managing the scheduling of service for clients. This involves organising all rotas and making sure that all CareGivers and clients are aware of their working schedules.

What are we looking for?
A people focussed person with excellent interpersonal skills and an excellent understanding of the importance of customer service.
Someone with well-developed planning skills and is comfortable multi-tasking.
Someone who is an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
A person who has experience in using office based productivity tools; Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and is comfortable working with technology.
You will need to be able to work well under pressure and be comfortable with change; we expect to double in size in the next 2 years.
You will be able to build excellent relationships with other staff and work collaboratively in a fast paced office environment.
