Facilities manager - Care Home - Leciester
4Social Work are currently seeking a Facilities Manager in the area of Leicester to manager the maintenance within a luxurious care home.
This role will be very suited to an experienced manager who possess practicvial buliding maintenance skills, alongside admin experience.
This role is paying a very competitive salary, starting at £30,000 PA.
The successful applicant will take responsibility for all the day-to-day and planned maintenance works across the Home, as well as overseeing a small team of maintenance and gardening staff. This will include being part of the on-call rota out of office hours.
Excellent organisational skills are required to ensure all aspects of recording and planning are in place including the appointment and supervision of approved contractors. Responsibility for regular monitoring and testing essential for managing health and safety standards across the Home will also fall within their remit.
