Our client is looking for an experienced PA reporting at board level for a minimum of 1 month
Ideally we would like some experience of working in a Local authority.
This role is to start ASAP, the role will be based in Manchester City Centre.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a busy office environment.
The role involves diary and email management, telephone work, meeting coordination and processing of SAP invoices/payments.
Candidates will be dealing with confidential and sensitive issues which must be kept confidential.
Candidates would be required for a fast moving operational services.
Candidates must have good IT skills, significant admin experience, duties include but not restricted to, answering the telephone, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
Candidates will be expected to attend an interview prior to the start date.
All candidates must have a vast amount of admin and clerical experience and CV's must reflect this.
The ideal candidate will be:
An experienced PA at a senior level
Have experience of working in local authority
Organised and a self-starter, able to prioritise your own workload
Excellent IT skills with attention to detail
Excellent phone manner, clear communicator
Reliable and helpful
Ability to work in a team
Available to start immediately
