We are Looking for a Quality Assurance and Training manager for our client who is a leading home care service provider in Surrey and the South East. Who provides a range of quality care services to support individuals and their family's needs. With a team of around 100 carers and 15 office-based support staff, we strive to exceed national standards.
As our quality assurance and training manager you will be responsible for the management of the quality assurance department and you will organise and oversee our team of senior home care assistants. You will set the standard for the care we provide and you will oversee the training officer to make sure that new and existing care workers alike work to the same high standards. Reporting to the operations manager you will ensure that exceptional standards of care and training are met at all times and you will act quickly should something go wrong. You will have a breadth of domiciliary care experience as well as office work experience and you will be an excellent communicator and manager of people.

- Ensure all employees have regular onsite supervisions and annual appraisals
- Carry out supervision meetings with all direct reports
