With a growing demand for providing high quality yet cost effective services in the NHS, 4Social Work is overjoyed to have been awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Services (CSS) framework, to manage the supply of all health and social care positions in the UK.
Known as the Multidisciplinary Temporary Healthcare Personnel framework RM3711. This sees 4Social Work being entrusted with managing the procurement of all health and social care job roles and pay bands including; Doctors, Consultants, Dentists and General Practitioners (GPs); Allied Health Professionals (AHP), Health Science Services (HSS) and Emergency Services (ES) personnel; Nursing and Midwifery personnel; and Personal Social Services personnel.
As these roles encapsulate a range of medical disciplines, we are delighted to be at the heart of this process. Although there are ongoing concerns and worries about the continuing future of the NHS, the quality of staffing remains to be one of the strongest foundations of the organisation, which is something 4Social Work is aiming to support through instilling our ethos and approach ‘Who Cares? We Do.’ At the heart of every decision.
While this framework has been primarily agreed to assist the NHS in England meet the level of demands, there are opportunities for other agencies and bodies to receive assistance in placing candidates in positions. 4Social Work is delighted to work with any official body or organisation that needs support in matching the right employee for their service. This framework provides healthcare recruitment providers with an opportunity to assist the NHS to provide the highest quality of service that the country deserves.
