4Social Work has recently been awarded a new exciting contract for Agency Nursing Services with NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership. Procured under the NWSSP on behalf of Health Board and NHS Trusts in Wales for the supply of Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Operating Department Practitioners.

4Social Work has established itself as a leader within the healthcare sector. We have recently been awarded a place on the new NHS Collaborative Procurement Partnership (CPP), Crown Commercial Services (CCS) and the Health Trust Europe (HTE) Frameworks, to supply Nurses, Medical Professionals, Allied health professionals and Social Workers in to the NHS. These frameworks also allow us to act as a managed service provider into any NHS Trust that chooses to utilise these frameworks.

The Welsh Government is currently reviewing the role of NHS Nurse Banks and have approved the award with the dual aim to raise and manage:

  • The Quality standards of agency staff
  • The reduction of expenditure with capped rates
  • The Introduction of a greater parity between all nursing staff working in NHS Hospitals

4SocialWorks Managing Director commented:

“We the team at 4SocialWork are thrilled to be working in partnership with NHS Wales Shared Services as this is part of our successful strategic plan of working on the most important NHS staffing initiatives”.

He also explained:

“At 4SocialWork we aim to drive this success through our company ethos of increased quality and efficiency whilst reducing costs to our NHS partners“.
