As a result, we are looking for a Compliance team leader to join us based at our head office in Ilford.
To apply for this role, you must have previous Senior/Team Leader experience within a healthcare recruitment setting. You will be responsible for the maintenance of current Nursing files within a face paced environment, which you will support the Compliance manager
You will be responsible for leading a team of compliance officers, and ensuring that work is being carried out to a high standard and targets are being met, you will monitor the system to manage forthcoming expiry of documents and permissions which are required for continued employment including NMC registration, 12-month Visa checks and other areas of compliance.
You will be able to react quickly in order to hit your targets and manage your team.

- Previous experience in a Recruitment Team Leader role
- Knowledge of Healthcare Recruitment Standards
- Excellent relationship building skills, Candidate relationship management and a passion for people
