4Healthcare are currently recruiting for Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to work within Hatfield.
The role is based within the NHS Trust and recent experience is essential. We offer flexible shift patterns making sure they meet the needs of the ward and if possible, to suit your work-home life balance. These roles are accessible in the NHS in settings such as hospitals and community centres.
Candidates will be expected to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment, as well as communicate well with other members of staff and patients. Duties will include washing and dressing, feeding, helping mobilise patients, Toileting, bed making and generally assisting patients with comfort their conditions.

What we will need from you:
- Basic observation skills (Blood pressure, Pulse and Temperature)
- Hold an enhanced DBS
- 3 years' references
- 6 months' experience working within a hospital environment
We work on an NHS framework as a preferred supplier, supplying to a range of Hospitals in and around Hatfield, so we can offer you a variety of placements if this role is not right for you.
